We promotes quality leadership and good governance through advocacy; seminars; workshops; enlightenment programmes in line with the United Nations sustainable development goals and African Union Agenda 2063; monitor the actions of governments and pressure them to act according to the rule of law; promote political participation; bridge the gap between the people and the government; lobby for good governance reforms, etc.

We focus on human rights and unimpeded access to justice by promoting rights awareness; providing legal aid services to the indigent; advocating the rights of the downtrodden; advocating for transparency in all judicial processes; training community members or paralegals to advocate for the marginalized groups; encouraging the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms; demanding citizen-friendly and quality justice institutions, etc.

We promote conflict resolution by encouraging peaceful liaison, religion and ethnic tolerance, resort to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, etc.

We empower the youths through the provision of technical and vocational education; provision of special scholarship programmes; attracting grants for youth business development; advertising graduate internship placements; improving women and children's wellbeing, self-esteem, and self-efficacy; skilling up youths to work toward livelihood promotion, etc.

We foster the dialogue on peacebuilding through print and electronic media sensitizations; training of trainers to relieve political and ethnic conflict; teaching of groups to solve their disputes through bargaining and accommodation; bringing the values of peace to youth work and to youth initiatives; strengthening the prospects for internal peace and decreasing the likelihood for violent conflicts.
